Trish Govoni is a graduate of both NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and the American Film Institute.  Some of Trish’s credits as Director / DP include branded content spots for OLAY Regenerist, VISA Pay, and Tostitos, Upfront campaigns and numerous promos for CNN and HLN.  Promos for USA’s white collar and Chrisley Knows Best, PSA’s for BET’s  Breast cancer awareness month, USA Characters Unite and the Law and Order SVU No More Campaign

 

Her documentary credits include, The Witness – a film about the iconic story of Kitty Genovese, The Wrecking Crew, the story of LA studio musicians,  Operation Fine Girl about the atrocities committed during the civil war in Sierra Leone,  Falsify’n - the history of boogie woogie music, Lives for Sale – The Sex Trade in America, Pretty Old - the 30th anniversary of the Ms. Senior Sweetheart Pageant, and Visitors the long awaited film from Godfrey Reggio and Philip Glass

 

TV projects include Iconoclasts for the Sundance Channel with director Joe Berlinger, National Geographic Explorer, Inside the DEA, directed by Tony Gerber,  and numerous concerts on VH1 for artists including Paul Simon, Billy Joel, Dave Mathews, and Tom Waits.
