TODD MORRIS
Todd is an award-winning producer who's been working in the film industry for more than three decades. He began his career in 1989 at Matthew Brady Films and went on to write and direct two indie features including the 1996 feminist cult film, "A Gun For Jennifer" that screened at dozens of festivals around the wprld and can still be seen in Parisian art houses.

After 9/11, Todd returned to commercials working for companies like MJZ, RSA, Washington Square Films and producing promos for networks like NBC Universal where he won a GOLD PROMAX for the first project he produced there.

In 2009, Todd produced the groundbreaking Coca-Cola "Happiness Machine" spot that went on to win a GOLD CLIO and became an industry game-changer. Since then, Todd has mastered the Experiential genre and has produced countless projects throughout the US, Alaska, Canada, South America and the Middle East. In 2014, Todd produced the acclaimed Benjamin Moore "Talking Wall" that won a Cannes SILVER LION the following year.

In 2017, Todd joined forces with Debra Maniscalco to create SEARCH & DESTROY MEDIA to address the need for a leaner, more streamlined production model that can adapt and stay ahead of our rapidly evolving industry.

In addition to Search & Destroy Media, Todd is the Founder of the Jim Thorpe Independent Film Festival that's already attracting high profile talent and tons of buzz in the 6 years since its inception.

DEBRA MANISCALCO
Debra is a veteran in our industry and has illustrated her deep commitment and innovative approach. She has been associated with the top creative Production, Digital Effects, Music Composition companies, including production at Ad Agencies, which she has judged and won several awards for, ie, Cannes Integrated Lion, One Show, AICP, SXSW, etc. She has years of successfully bridging traditional advertising with entertainment, demonstrating her ability to evolve with the industry's changing landscape.
Starting her journey in New York as the Director of Business for MJZ laid a strong foundation. Her role as Executive Producer in a hybrid entertainment company in LA allowed her to craft compelling branded content for major brands like Nike and significant events like the Olympics, showcasing her capabilities in integrating branding with storytelling for all the Major Studios. At WASHINGTON SQUARE FILM, she worked on “ORANGE SUNSHINE - The Untold Story of the Brotherhood of Eternal Love," which highlights her affinity for ambitious projects, especially ones that push boundaries with new media formats like VR and experiential events, and an album. This film's success at SXSW and sale to Amazon attest to her talent in producing impactful content.
Partnering at SEARCH AND DESTROY MEDIA, Debra continues to adapt to the evolving market, utilizing her extensive global production experience to address contemporary challenges. Outside of work, it's commendable that she is involved with non-profit organizations, indicating her commitment to giving back to the community. Her interests in meditation, tennis, hiking, and studying comedy reflect a well-rounded personality balanced between her high-powered career and personal fulfillment.
