TODD MORRIS
Todd is an award-winning producer who's been working in the film industry for more than three decades. He began his career in 1989 at Matthew Brady Films and went on to write and direct two indie features including the 1996 feminist cult film, "A Gun For Jennifer" that screened at dozens of festivals around the wprld and can still be seen in Parisian art houses.

After 9/11, Todd returned to commercials working for companies like MJZ, RSA, Washington Square Films and producing promos for networks like NBC Universal where he won a GOLD PROMAX for the first project he produced there.
​
In 2009, Todd produced the groundbreaking Coca-Cola "Happiness Machine" spot that went on to win a GOLD CLIO and became an industry game-changer. Since then, Todd has mastered the Experiential genre and has produced countless projects throughout the US, Alaska, Canada, South America and the Middle East. In 2014, Todd produced the acclaimed Benjamin Moore "Talking Wall" that won a Cannes SILVER LION the following year.

In 2017, Todd joined forces with Debra Maniscalco to create SEARCH & DESTROY MEDIA to address the need for a leaner, more streamlined production model that can adapt and stay ahead of our rapidly evolving industry.

In addition to Search & Destroy Media, Todd is the Founder of the Jim Thorpe Independent Film Festival that's already attracting high profile talent and tons of buzz in the 6 years since its inception.

DEBRA MANISCALCO
Debra is a veteran in the industry associated with the top creative Production, Digital Effects, Music Composition companies and Ad Agencies producing content, judging and winning several awards ie: Cannes Integrated Lion, One Show, AICP, SXSW, etc.

Her long career in advertising started in New York as Director of Business for MJZ. Determined to mix advertising with entertainment, she became the EP of a hybrid entertainment company in LA called Goodspot. There, she produced branded content for Nike, Universal with the director of Seabiscuit.
​
She finally returned to New York, reuniting with her old friends at Washington Square Films, and in 2016, produced an ambitious feature for Amazon called "Orange Sunshine - The Untold Story of the Brotherhood of Eternal Love." The film premiered at SXSW as a 360 Entertainment with a VR experience, an album, and a Branded Experiential Event which garnered rave reviews.

In 2017 Debra teamed up with Todd Morris at SEARCH AND DESTROY Media, bringing global production experience to the new economy.

When she’s not in her usual work-a-holic mode, Debra volunteers with several non-profits in LA and enjoys meditating and studying comedy.
